Olympics in Torino -> CD ~:

Then I am back from Torino, pictures are gathered and the olympic fire has died out again. It was me, Tomas, Björn and Laura who went down there to watch all the people and see if Sweden could beat Slovakia. But after the Swedish coach more or less anounced that they didn't want to win, it wasn't the game we hoped for. 3-0 to Slovakia and for some unknown reason the Slovakian supporters kept screaming "Norway...Norway...Norway", and when the Swedish supporters reacted to it, then they started to scream "Oslo...Oslo...Oslo". Still no idea why.
So in the end, it was all the wrong wrong wrong parkings that Laura ment was totaly ok for Italians, the people and the food that made the whole trip worth it. I had a great time. And have now been at two winter olympics. Memories worth keeping.

Back from England:

I have been spending the last 2-3 days in England. And must say I had a great time. It was just like going back 70 years in a time machine. Or 3rd world country. Small brown brick houses, and their bathrooms had double taps one for warm and one for calld wather, which made it really hard to get mixed wather to wash your self. Hence too cold or too warm all the time.

I have had my share of Whisky, Guinness, and English breakfast though. I can't say that we didn't eat and drank a lot. I think we did most things a lot, except for sleeping. But then again, I slept well on EasyJet back to Geneva. Thanks Easy Jet for having so big air plains that I just had to amputate ONE leg to fit in my seat.

Marry Christmas:

So there we are. It is the end of the year. It is still a few more days left, but I won't be online more this year. So there will be no new blog entries nor updated/pictures/assets/tutorials. It has been a great year. D# was started, and even if it wasn't finished this year it was probably the biggest demo I have ever made. It proved both C# capabilities as well as my own skills and my close programming partner Wossname. I hope we can get it read after Christmas, when hopefully life is easier for both of us.
It has also been my first year outside Norway. I have worked here at CERN for more then 6months now, and I can soon see the end of my contract. Time pass by way to fast when you are having fun. I have met many interesting people as well as smart and funny. I am looking forward to see you all again next year. Have a great vacation, and see you on the other side.
